Hi, I'm Vicky Kumar — a passionate engineer and self-taught web developer from India. I completed my B.Tech in Mining Engineering in 2025, and I'm currently pursuing my M.Tech in Mining and Mineral Engineering at IIEST Shibpur, which I'll complete in 2027.
Engineering taught me one thing above everything else: identify a problem, then build the solution. I Hate PDF was born exactly like that — out of genuine frustration. Every time I needed to quickly merge a PDF, resize an image, or compress a document, available "free" online tools were either packed with watermarks, demanded signups, limited file sizes, or uploaded private files to unknown servers without any transparency.
As an engineering student, I was constantly dealing with PDF documents — assignments, reports, project submissions, admit cards, marksheets. The struggle was real. So during my college days, I decided to build a tool that actually works the way a student and professional needs it to — completely free, completely private, no watermarks, no signup.
